ICS Opening Times

We’re open as normal over the festive period EXCEPT for the following days;

Christmas Eve: 08:45 – 12:30

Christmas Day: CLOSED

Boxing Day: CLOSED

New Year’s Eve: 08:45 – 12:30

New Year’s Day: CLOSED

For timesheet and expense deadlines over the Christmas period please see below.

ICS Umbrella

Working week ending 21st December – timesheets and expenses are required by 5pm on Friday 19th December.

Providing funds are received from the agency, payments will be made before close of business on 24th December.

Working week ending 28th December – timesheets and expenses are required by 5pm on Friday 26th December.

Providing funds are received from the agency payments will be made before close of business 2nd January.

To submit timesheets and expenses please logon to the portal at www.icsuk.com/myics

If you’re submitting by email please remember to email your timesheets to payroll@icsuk.com and your expense claim and supporting receipts to expenses@icsuk.com.

ICS Accounting

For any clients who ICS produce invoices for from their limited companies please note the following as deadlines:

Working week ending 21st December – timesheets are required by on 5pm Friday 19th December.

Working week ending 28th December – timesheets are required by 5pm Friday 26th December.
