The reason you are completing this additional assessment is because your rate is under the recommended rate of £16.75 [and/or] your role is not covered within our approved self-employed roles.

To be paid through CIS, as a subcontractor, you must be able to clearly prove that you are genuinely self-employed. This means your rate, the work you are doing and your skills set you apart from an employee. These questions will allow us to fully determine whether you are able to be paid through our CIS Arrangement.
