We’ve done it! Passed! Completed! Success!
As if we didn’t shout about compliance enough here’s something for you… all of our offerings passed our recent FCSA audit. Why does this matter? Well it’s not just to give us a pat on the back for being incredible, we do that ourselves, it is a badge of honour demonstrating our commitment to compliance in everything we do.
Still not impressed? Let us explain…
What is the FCSA?
The Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) is the UK’s leading professional membership body for compliance within the UK contractor market. In order to become FCSA Accredited Members we must follow a rigorous code of compliance which is independently tested by regulated accountants and solicitors.
Why is accreditation important?
As the FCSA compliance standards were developed in accordance with HMRC, our accreditation guarantees our contractors are complying with the latest legislative changes and have a proven track record of delivering compliant accountancy services and employment solutions.
Operating through an uncompliant provider puts you at serious financial risk as HMRC will pursue users of such schemes for unpaid tax and it is the contractor that will receive the bill. Therefore, it’s important to choose a company you can trust!
Our Compliance Manager, Jodie Mace, commented: “the importance of being able to demonstrate our stringent procedures and ensure compliance throughout our operations cannot be overstated. Being audited by independent regulated accountants and solicitors gives our clients, employees and agencies the confidence that we are providing the highest quality, most up-to-date advice available in the market. It also asserts our company ethos of trust, care and compliance. Having the FCSA accreditation for all of our offerings reaffirms our position as experts in our field and as a safe pair of hands for our clients, employees and agencies.”
