It’s less than a month until Christmas now, and ICS will be open as normal over the festive period EXCEPT for the following days;

There will also be slightly different timesheet and expenses deadlines and payment dates for our ICS Umbrella employees over the Christmas period:

Timesheets & Expenses Deadline

Week Ending 20.12.15 – deadline 5pm on Friday 18th December
Week Ending 27.12.15 – deadline midday on Thursday 24th December
Week Ending 03.01.16 – deadline midday on Thursday 31st December

You can submit your timesheets and expenses on our portal, email them in or text them.

Payment Dates

If you are usually paid on the Friday you will be paid the day before on the Thursday (providing funds are received from the agency):

Friday 25th December – paid Thursday 24th December
Friday 1st January – paid Thursday 31st December
