Following on from our earlier blog introducing the Payroll team, this week it is the turn of the Customer Service team. The newest team to ICS, our Customer Service Manager, Jodie Mace leads the team which includes, Anne Marie Gavins, Elliot Wharton and our apprentice Adam Shaqil.

The team deal with queries from both current and existing clients, whilst also hand holding new clients through their first few weeks. We’ve made it as easy as possible to get in contact with the team, making them available by email, on the telephone and also on our website via our Live Chat.

All from customer facing backgrounds they are experienced in dealing with queries and will always endeavour to deal with queries quickly, providing answers and often a solution. We are committed to ensuring the team portray the 12 characteristics of Excellent Customer Service which include a positive attitude, professionalism, initiative and problem solving skills.
